Geriatric Solutions, LLC is a training company committed to developing quality seminars and CEU programs for Nursing Home, Assisted Living, and Personal Care Administrators.

Geriatric Solutions provides programs that are created and designed by experienced professionals in the healthcare field. The educational programs are reviewed and approved by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators (NAB).

Geriatric Solutions offers a solution to health care professionals, requiring CEU’s for licensure. At Geriatric Solutions it is our commitment to enhance the participants' knowledge and understanding of the subject matter, and to add business value. Our on-line courses (coming soon) provide the busy professional an option to acquire the needed CEUs to maintain their licensure.

Our programs are developed utilizing resources that are within current elder care practice and comply with State and Federal regulations. Our training and education to the long-term-care industry strives to enhance the quality of care and services of seniors.

Customized training, seminars, and workshops are available upon request for Assisted Living Facilities, Personal Care Home, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

President/CEO
Bonnie Shank LNHA, RN has worked in the long-term care industry since 1979. She is licensed as a RN and NHA. Bonnie has experience as a RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, Manager of Market Development, a Nursing Home Administrator, and Hospice Community Relations Director. She has operated and managed facilities in long-term care, skilled and rehabilitation. As a regional manager of market development she offered support and marketing strategies to skilled facilities. Bonnie is the founder of Geriatric Solutions, LLC.

Bonnie has enjoyed being a trainer of Customer Service and Sales Training for her prior employers. She has served as an Instructor for the Nursing Home Administrators Program for Mount Aloysius College in Cresson Pennsylvania. Bonnie Shank is the President and CEO of the educational training company, Geriatric Solutions, LLC.

During her career she has received various awards for her dedication in her field, HCR’s Administrator of the year Eagle Award, PHCA Leadership Award, and American Business Woman’s Award.

Bonnie has a Business Partner Membership with the Pennsylvania Health Care Association/Center for Assisted Living Management. She is a member of her local Bedford Chamber of Commerce.
